CCS Learning App — Terms of Service

To use CCS Learning App you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact support@igniterapp.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you enrol in a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access its content for your own learning. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute any course material.

Access to a course continues for as long as it remains active on the Service, unless your access is revoked for a breach of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.

We provide the Service and its content “as is”, for educational use only. We strive for accuracy and uptime, but CCS Learning App cannot promise specific exam outcomes, continuous availability, or completely error-free material.

So far as the law allows, CCS Learning App is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Liabilities that Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain unaffected.

The content and branding on CCS Learning App, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of CCS Learning App or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

You can discontinue use and remove your account at any time. CCS Learning App may suspend or terminate your access for a breach of these Terms, to comply with the law, or if the academy winds down its presence on the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
